Hi, I’m Cassie, and I've always been interested in people and what makes them tick, but it was going through therapy myself that made me want to become a counsellor. It helped me through life's difficulties and allowed me to understand myself better, explore different perspectives and receive the support I needed to make meaningful changes. Most importantly, it showed me the power of being listened to without judgment.
Now I work with adults both privately here in Maidenhead and through a local charity that supports children and adults. I've worked with people dealing with all sorts of difficulties - from everyday stress and relationship problems to more complex trauma and mental health challenges.
I'm comfortable working with people from all different backgrounds and cultures. What matters most to me is that whoever I work with feels they can be honest about what's really going on for them.
Whether someone finds me through a referral, a friend's recommendation, or just stumbles across my website, my job is the same - to listen carefully and help them figure out what they want to do next.
